GRANT OF LICENSE: OSHA FAST FIX grants you a non-exclusive right to use these plans in accordance with the terms contained in this Agreement and the Terms of Use incorporated herein. You may use these plans for a single business.

OWNERSHIP OF PLANS: OSHA FAST FIX retains the copyright, title and ownership of these OSHA compliance plans and the written materials.

LIMITED WARRANTY: OSHA FAST FIX states that the written compliance plans are current and reflect the latest information available. OSHA FAST FIX is not responsible for the implementation of the compliance issues and recommendations made in any of the written plans and materials. Therefore, there are no guarantees, warrantees, or representations expressed or implied by OSHA FAST FIX that will assure your business of passing a government inspection.
